What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, organisation, email
address, telephone number, subject and message you enter, along with the IP
address the request came from and the time it was received.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, identity document
numbers or any other sensitive personal information through this website.
Why we collect it
Purely to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to carry out the
work you have asked us to do. We do not sell, rent or share your details with
third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as there is an active business relationship
or an ongoing conversation, and are then removed. You may ask us to delete your
enquiry at any time by emailing
sales@solyn.in.
Cookies
This website sets a session cookie that is required for the enquiry form to
work. It contains no personal information and expires when you close your
browser. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Some resources - the Bootstrap stylesheet, icon font and web fonts - are loaded
from third-party content delivery networks (jsDelivr and Google Fonts). Those
providers will see your IP address as part of serving the file, under their own
privacy terms.
Client data
Data held inside systems we build for clients is governed by the contract with
that client, not by this policy. We treat client data as confidential, we do not
use it for any purpose other than delivering and supporting the system, and it
remains the client's property and is exportable on request.
Security
Enquiry details are transmitted over HTTPS and stored on servers we control.
No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, but we
take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what you send us.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected,
or ask for it to be deleted. Write to
